Rocco Bencivenga is an Italian lawyer born on 27 Jenuary 1983 in Formia. He graduated in Law at the Università di Siena and he was admitted to the Bar Association of Siena. He is fluent in Italian and English. During his career at the University he focused on the Labour Law and Civil Law. He pursued his education by earning a master’s degree in Pastoral Management at the Pontificia Università Lateranense. Since 2013 he cooperates with the Studio Legale Masina-Occhionero and he is mainly in charge of civil law, corporate law and extrajudicial matters. He also gives legal advise in question of International Law. He chairs the “Commissione Mista Conciliativa” at the Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria di Siena.
